Faery Photograph Gallery

Below are just a few of the images belonging to the faery category from among the thousands of paranormal photographs found in the Jane Tripp Collection, which undoubtedly contains many of the very finest available in the world today.

They are selected here from among the hundreds you can see in the book 'Photographs of Faeries - Real Faeries and Elemental Spirits Captured on Camera' by Jane Tripp.

The editing process is not included with these images. I have made free photo-books about that which are available elsewhere, and the URLS to my websites and information can be found on the Research Links page.

Unless otherwise specified, all of the images you are about to see were found in photographs taken in various forests and wooded locations.

There are more faery galleries in specific categories listed on the left panel and the main panel footer.

Perhaps while you look at the photographs of faeries you would like to listen to Joan Baez creating the perfect atmosphere as she sings the enchanting 'Magic Wood', originally a piece written by British writer and poet Henry Treece. The words to his poem are included at the bottom of this page.

The Gnome

 This little gnome was surprised when he was photographed.

 A Haughty Stare

A faery man's face stares down at me from a mist in the tree-tops. Note the decorative eye and eyebrow treatment.

The Faery Man

  He manifested with faery flowers in front of the camera in a yellow mist.

A Hovering Faery and an Ancestor Spirit

Below on the left is the image of a faery who is seen hovering in the air. To the right is the image of a faery woman or ancestor spirit, it isn't clear which. If not a faery, the woman may well be a wise woman or shaman from the past who preferred to live in the faery Underworld after passing from the Earth world.

 Blue-faced Man and Gnome

On the left is the face of a faery man watching from between two trees and on the right a bearded, spectacled gnome.

  Two Winged Entities

While the photo on the left was taken in a forest the image on the right was taken inside.

Winged Kneeling Figure

 The winged figure is seen on a ledge kneeling on one knee and reaching for a falling gem that is hanging from a chain over the edge.

Faery Crystals

There are minerals and gems in all dimensions. Below is an Otherworld quartz crystal appearing with the smiling face of a faery.

The Laughing Faery

In the forest a faery wearing a plumed hat or coronet covered in flowers smiles widely as she or he passes by.

Working Invisibly All Around Us

While we go about our business, all around us unknown entities go about their own, but unseen - until now.

 Lightsaber

An Otherworldly figure that looks like a glowing plasma-like substance wields a device that looks like a lightsaber.

An Elf Clothed in Greenery

This elf stood impassively as the photo was taken. He isn't looing at the camera, either unware or uncaring of human presence. Surrounded by coored light, he seems to be dressed in leaves of light.

Reaching Up

A faery woman reaches up lovingly towards an elemental.

Pointed Caps All in a Row

A line of elves in pointed caps materialized on this woodland photograph.

The Goblin
A goblin watches curiously from the trees.

The Magic Wood
by Henry Treece

The wood is full of shining eyes,
The wood is full of creeping feet,
The wood is full of tiny cries;
You must not go to the wood at night!

I met a man with eyes of glass
And a finger as curled as the wriggling worm
And hair as red as rotting leaves
And a stick that hissed like a summer snake

The wood is full of shining eyes,
The wood is full of creeping feet,
The wood is full of tiny cries;
You must not go to the wood at night!

He sang me a song in backwards words
And drew me a dragon in the air
I saw his teeth through the back of his head
And a rat's eyes winking from his hair.

The wood is full of shining eyes,
The wood is full of creeping feet,
The wood is full of tiny cries;
You must not go to the wood at night!

He made me a penny out of a stone
And showed me the way to catch a lark
With a straw and a nut and a whispered word
And a penn'orth of ginger wrapped up in a leaf

The wood is full of shining eyes,
The wood is full of creeping feet,
The wood is full of tiny cries;
You must not go to the wood at night!

He asked me my name and where I lived
I told him a name from my Book of Tales
He asked me to come with him into the wood
And dance with the kings from under the hills

The wood is full of shining eyes,
The wood is full of creeping feet,
The wood is full of tiny cries;
You must not go to the wood at night!

But I saw that his eyes were turning to fire
I watched the nails grow on his wriggling hand
And I said my prayers all in a rush
And found myself safe on my father's land.

The wood is full of shining eyes,
The wood is full of creeping feet,
The wood is full of tiny cries;
You must not go to the wood at night!
